Now entering our fourth year, Fortitude’s Preseason Training Camp has become the region’s trusted system for preparing dedicated lacrosse athletes for their best high school season yet.

 

This is where serious athletes come to sharpen everything — speed, agility, strength, and high-level lacrosse skill — before the season even starts.

Our 11-week training curriculum is built to make the game feel slower, your decisions cleaner, and your impact undeniable. Athletes leave this camp prepared, confident, and built to lead their program — not just play in it.
