February Break Performance Intensive

W–F | 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM | $210 | Limited to 6 Athletes

February break isn’t time off.

It’s opportunity.

While most athletes reset, the serious ones build separation before the spring season begins.

This 3-day intensive is designed for athletes who want to earn minutes, increase first-step explosiveness, and enter the season confident and prepared.

WHAT WE’RE BUILDING

Day 1 – Acceleration & Lower Body Power
 

Day 2 – Deceleration & Change of Direction
 

Day 3 – Total Body Power & Competitive Combine
 

    Every session is:

  • Structured

  • Competitive

  • Filmed

  • Measured

This is not random training.

It’s focused performance development.

  • Middle school & high school athletes

  • Players serious about earning playing time

  • Athletes who want measurable feedback before season

 

This is not a large group camp.
We cap it at 6 athletes to ensure real coaching and individual attention.
