This youth group training model is the gold standard of youth sport and skill development. With our proven methodology, we focus on the foundational components of the athlete as well as the lacrosse player. Rhythm and coordination, passing and catching, accountability and fun. 

 

We cement it all. 

 

During our youth development camps athletes are afforded the opportunity to develop their athletic performance such as speed, agility, strength, and power as well as their lacrosse skills. Lacrosse Skills such as shooting, dodging, defending, passing & catching, plus much more.
