Proven. This group training model as well was our brand is the gold standard of hollistic Lacrosse Skill Development. With our proven methodology, we focus on the individual athlete and their developmental needs as well as the lacrosse IQ they need to operate & dominate within a team setting. During our Preseason, Summer, and Fall training camps athletes are afforded the opportunity to develop their athletic performance such as speed, agility, strength, and power as well as their lacrosse skills. Lacrosse Skills such as shooting, dodging, defending, passing & catching, plus much more.
