2025-26 Preseason mini-cAMP

Fortitude’s 4-Week Mini Camp is built for athletes who want to stay sharp, stay fast, and stay ahead going into the winter stretch. This is a condensed, high-intensity training block designed to boost your speed, agility, strength, and lacrosse skill before the break.

Two days a week. Focused sessions. No wasted reps.
You show up, we elevate your game.

Whether you’re closing out fall ball, prepping for preseason, or just refusing to fall behind — this camp keeps you locked in and progressing.

If you want to get better now instead of waiting for January, this is your window.

Tuesdays & Thursdays
4:45–6:00 PM & 6:00–8:00 PM
