At Fortitude Strength, our Adult Peak Performance Program was built using the same foundation we use to train our elite athletes — then tailored to fit the adult lifestyle.


This isn’t random workouts. It’s a semi-private training model designed to rebuild how you move, perform, and live.

🔹 What to Expect

Every adult begins with an in-person performance assessment so we can understand your current strengths, limitations, and goals. From there, your training is individualized inside a motivating small-group environment (max 4–6 clients per coach).

Each session focuses on:
Strength Training: Building lean, functional muscle that protects your joints and improves energy.
Mobility & Flexibility: Restoring movement so your body feels younger, looser, and more capable.
Athletic Conditioning: Re-introducing the fun of moving again — throwing, sprinting, skipping, jumping — because that’s what kept us young in the first place.
