Youth Development Training Camp

We are honored to announce our second Youth Development Training Camp . This second installation to the Fortitude Strength brand is kicking down the door to youth Performance training. Giving athletes the great opportunity to fall in love with training and the process it takes to accomplish their dreams!

 

This  training model is geared toward 6th - 8th grade athletes who are interested in developing their overall athleticism, lacrosse skill, and much more.

This youth training camp is designed with the complete athlete in mind. Each week we will include one speed / strength session and one skill session. We greatly encourage athletes to attend both training sessions each week to guarantee the true progress and development that they are after. 

​

The Youth Development Training Camp System will begin with an assessment for each athlete to understand their strengths and weaknesses. This will then assist us in developing our program to assist each athlete in improving their weaknesses from session to se as well as enhancing their strengths.

This program will include but is not limited to : 

  • Strength & Speed training

  • Mobility & Flexibility

  • Injury Mitigation  

  • Rhythm & Coordination development​

  • Mental Performance Development

  • Lacrosse Skill development
