Remote Coaching & Mentorship

One one one coaching & mentorship program. Designed to pinpoint athletes mental and physical weaknesses in order to improve them and enhance overall performance. With the athlete in mind, this program is also designed to build confidence, consistency, and autonomy in their sports performance training.

3 Month Program includes:

  • Athlete intake & assessment 

  • 2-3 day per week personalized programming via TruCoach with coaching videos and step by step directions 

  •  Bi-weekly 1hr video consultations: Training breakdowns, goal setting, mentorship 

  • Weekly feedback & accountability
