6 Week  Offseason Training Camp 

The What:

In this camp we will focus on recovering the athlete from their previous season and begin building foundational strength, power, speed, and agility as they crack into their primary sports seasons.


Dates: NOV 14th - Dec 23rd

M  F : Weight training  day 

W  : Field Training day* 

SA : Personal Training day

*  =  Speed, agility, Plyo focused day


Upperclassmen / Varsity: 7pm

Underclassmen / Mod - JV: 6pm


Feather Fitness Factory (current location) until further notice.
